LM Widefield Plus adapter for Canon EOS cameras

The Canon EOS R5 Mark II is a powerful camera featuring a 45-megapixel sensor and 8K video, ideal for capturing high-resolution images. The more affordably priced Canon EOS R8 comes with a 24-megapixel sensor with outstanding light sensitivity, making it perfect for low-light conditions.

Combined with our new LM Widefield Plus adapter, which features an extra-large 28 mm lens diameter, these cameras can significantly reduce exposure time, which offers substantial benefits for fluorescence microscopy or when capturing images of live microorganisms. Thanks to its modular design, the adapter facilitates universal compatibility.

Preferably, the camera should be attached to the phototube of the microscope, but it can also be easily installed on the eyepiece tube.
