257Very simple image field adjustment with our new LMscope "Pro" microscope DSLR adapter
Due to the modular construction of our LM "pro" microscope adapters the image field can very easily be exactly adjusted for cameras with different sensor sizes. The main target is to achieve the largest possible field of view (FOV 100%) without any vignetting. Our LM "pro" adapter is your best choice if you are planing to use cameras with different sensor sizes (APS-C and fullframe) on just one adapter or if you are thinking of changing to a camera with a different sensor size in the future.These adapters can be used on photo tubes as well as on eyepiece tubes.
By using the upgrade modules our adapters can be used very flexible and there is no need in purchasing a new adapter when changing the camerasystem. Nevertheless what configuration is used, the image quality is always high.
Our upgrade modules can be purchased separately at any time.
Fullframe_Upgrade: Module for image field adjustment when using an LM digital widefield adapter with fullframe cameras. With this module the magnification factor changes from 1.6x to 2.2x. Please note that all c-mount extenders have to be removed when using this module!
APS_C_Upgrade: Module for image field adjustment when using an LM digital widefield adapter with cameras with APS-C sensor. With this module the magnification factor changes from 1.6x to 2.0x. The image field will be reduced from 100% to 69%. Please note that one of the c-mount extenders have to be removed when using this module!
