Form of payment
The easiest and fastest way of payment is by credit card:
We accept: VISA Card, Master Card/Eurocard and Diners Club. 
You can also pay by Invoice (Proforma Invoice by Pre-payment): After receiving your order, we send you a proforma invoice including the product prices as well as taxes and shipping costs. Transfer the total amount to our bank account (indicated on top of the proforma invoice). Immediately after receiving your money, we send the parcel to you.
Return Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days.
Upon receipt of merchandise, a credit or replacement will be processed on condition that the product is in perfect conditions and the original invoice is added.
In case the product shows damages of material or production, please complain about them immediately. In case of damages in transit please complain immediately at your postal service.
Please send us the damaged product together with a note indicating the invoice number and stamp the parcel. We do not accept unfranked parcels.
Restocking Fee: shipping costs and 10% of the total invoice amount

For EU (European Union): If you have a VAT (IVA, TVA) number, please indicate it in this field. Otherwise we have to charge the VAT in accordance to the law.
